National Education (NE) Show 2026

On 11 July 2026, our Primary 5 students attended the first National Education (NE) Show at the National Stadium. It was a truly joyful and unforgettable day for the entire cohort and the accompanying teachers, who came together in high spirits to celebrate Singapore's 61st anniversary alongside other schools and members of the public.

The atmosphere was electric as an exhilarating buzz of excitement filled the air the moment the Primary 5 students streamed into the magnificent National Stadium for an exclusive sneak peek of the National Day Parade before 9 August. Adding to the thrill, unlike previous years, the students received their Fun Pack only upon arrival at the Stadium — a delightful surprise that set the tone for the day ahead. With great eagerness and barely contained excitement, they reached into their Fun Packs and immediately blew up the inflatable clappers, gleefully joining the emcees in singing the beloved National Day Parade (NDP) theme songs from past years. The energy in the stadium soared as the Primary 5 students waved their inflatable Thunder Clappers high, enthusiastically performing the iconic Kallang Wave in a sea of red and cheers.

The celebration reached a stirring crescendo with the Parade and Ceremony segment, during which our students sang the National Anthem with tremendous gusto and pride. Hearts swelled with patriotic fervour as every student and accompanying teacher watched the officers from the Singapore Armed Forces and the Home Team march boldly into the Parade Square. Students seated along the aisle were treated to the extraordinary privilege of coming face to face with the army personnel and Home Team officers as they made their way up the stairs to exit the Parade Square — a moment that left a lasting impression on all who witnessed it.

A wave of excitement swept through our students when the first-ever contingent comprising entirely of people with disabilities entered proudly into the Parade Square, joining a magnificent sea of civilians in a moment that brought tears to many eyes. Our students buzzed with curiosity amongst themselves, eager to understand the significance of including these remarkable individuals in this year's NDP. Their teachers proudly explained that this powerful display reflected Singapore's ever-growing spirit of inclusivity — a nation that truly leaves no one behind. Our students watched with hearts full of admiration as the vibrant People's Parade procession unfolded before them, featuring artistically crafted and brilliantly colourful floats celebrating Singaporeans who boldly chose to "Go Beyond" in their daily lives. Deeply moved, our students left the parade grounds fired up with inspiration to be active contributors in their community, just like these extraordinary individuals who poured their hearts, talents and skills into serving Singapore.

When our beloved seven Singapore mascots (Becky Bunny, Sharity, August, Captain Green, Nila, BRAVE and Singa) each championing a cherished cause and campaign close to every Singaporean's heart, burst onto the stage, our students erupted in pure, unbridled joy as these mascots have held a special place in their hearts.

The atmosphere reached an electrifying fever pitch when the talented Jasmine Sokko delivered the stirring NDP 2026 anthem "You'll Be Okay" in a breathtaking spectacle, descending gracefully from 30 metres high alongside two aerialists, with a dazzling constellation of drones lighting up the sky around her. Our students sang their hearts out alongside Jasmine, their voices ringing with pride and emotion. The energy soared even higher when the dynamic Iman Fandi took to the stage, belting out "Giants" with a power and conviction that struck a powerful chord with the audience. As one united voice, our students sang and swayed joyfully to the infectious disco beat of "Sparkle", their faces glowing with happiness and national pride. These soul-stirring NDP songs ignited in them a fierce and unwavering determination to face life's challenges with courage, optimism, and a Singaporean spirit that never gives up.

It was, without a doubt, a truly fantastic and deeply memorable experience at the NE Show — one that will be etched in their hearts for years to come. Our students and accompanying teachers departed with their spirits soaring, their hearts swelling with an immense and heartfelt pride in being Singaporeans.
