Sleep Well

Did you know that only 13% of our students get the recommended 9 or more hours of sleep on school nights? The JYPS News 91 Team dug into the numbers and spoke with students and our school counsellor, Madam Sharifah, to find out why — and what we can do about it. From swapping screens for books to trying simple breathing exercises before bed, small changes can go a long way.
